Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has been providing varied opportunities to the students to support their holistic development. Games & Sports is one such activity which is carried out at multiple levels for both boys and girls. Students selected at one level participate in the meet at the next level viz., Schools participate at Cluster/Regional level, Regions participate at KVS Regional level and KVS teams participate in the School Games Federation of India (SGFI) / Subroto Cup International Football Tournament.
The 52nd KVS Regional Sports Meet, 2023-24 was conducted in 21 Sports disciplines for different age categories of boys & girls. Through the online entries on KVS Sports Portal, around 3303 students were registered to participate in the 52nd RSM at different venues. The selected players of RSM will represent KVS in the team and individual events at the School Games Federation of India (SGFI) Championship for the session 2023-24.
